Work Schedule :
40 hours - Monday to Saturday (Monday to Friday 09:00am to 06:00pm / Saturday 09:00am to 02:00pm) SUMMARY Responsible for maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. Ensures accurate distribution of merchandise, materials, tools, and equipment while delivering excellent customer service and supporting cashier or order‑processing tasks as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Warehouse Operations:
Assist with shipping and receiving: unload trucks, verify merchandise, and check for damage. Prepare and pack products for shipment, ensuring items are properly packaged, protected, labeled, and ready for shipping Prepare and assemble customer orders; relocate orders to appropriate areas. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Update system records for received, distributed, and shipped items. Participate in physical inventory counts. Customer Care - as needed When needed, support the customer interactions role by greeting customers and answer phone calls professionally and promptly.
Less often:
perform cashier duties: process transactions, balance cash drawer, and promote sales.
Complete administrative tasks:
record and file daily sales documents, manage system entries, and prepare monthly reports. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries or complaints.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
Required :
1 to 3 years of experience in warehouse, inventory control, distribution, or related operational areas
Required :
Minimum 1 year of experience with warehouse picking, packing, and preparing products for shipment

English and Spanish Required :
High school diploma
Desired:
1 to 2 years of customer service experience in cashiering, retail, sales, or service
Preferred:
Forklift certification and at least 1 year of forklift experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to perform basic math and multitask in a fast-paced environment
