Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM, with occasional overtime and weekend work.

Responsibilities:

Load, unload, and transport flooring products (carpet, hardwood, tile, area rugs) to customer homes and job sites via company van Perform white-glove delivery, treating customers' homes and belongings with care and respect Inspect materials for damage/defects before and after transport Maintain warehouse organization, inventory accuracy, and safe storage practices Operate forklift and other warehouse equipment as needed Represent the company professionally and courteously in all customer interactions

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs. repeatedly Ability to bend, kneel, climb stairs, and stand for extended periods Comfortable loading/unloading in varying weather conditions

Requirements:

Valid NC driver's license with a clean, dependable driving record Must be 21+ (insurance requirement) Must be able to drive a company van; box truck experience is a plus Must pass a pre-employment drug screen Prior warehouse experience required; forklift certification a plus Experience with white-glove delivery techniques is an absolute plus Strong attention to detail, especially for material inspection/quality control Reliable transportation and attendance

Pay:

$13-$14/hour to start, with evaluation and potential increase after 90 days
