Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable General Laborer to join our dynamic construction and manufacturing team on the 2nd shift. In this energetic role, you will be an essential part of our production process, supporting various tasks that ensure smooth operations and high-quality output. Responsibilities Assist with assembly, material handling, and equipment setup across the manufacturing or construction site Operate forklifts and power tools safely to move materials and components efficiently Use measuring instruments and interpret technical drawings to ensure precise assembly and installation Perform manual handling tasks, including heavy lifting, to support production needs Follow safety protocols rigorously to maintain a safe working environment for all team members Support process improvement initiatives by adhering to lean manufacturing principles and suggesting efficiencies Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including warehouses and production zones Skills Proven experience operating forklifts and power tools within a manufacturing or warehouse setting Familiarity with factory processes, assembly lines, and interpreting technical drawings or manufacturing documents Mechanical knowledge to assist with mechanical assembly and troubleshooting Ability to use measuring instruments accurately for quality control purposes Strong understanding of safety standards in production environments and adherence to safety protocols Experience with manual handling, heavy lifting, and managing production or assembly teams is a plus Technical proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and interpreting technical specifications for assembly tasks Join us if you're eager to contribute your hands-on skills in a vibrant environment that values safety, innovation, and continuous growth. $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
