About the Position We're looking for someone who enjoys organization, takes pride in maintaining equipment, and likes staying busy. This person will help keep our shop, inventory, vehicles, tools, and trailers organized so our technicians can spend more time serving customers instead of searching for supplies or making material runs. No two days are exactly the same. One day you may be organizing inventory, the next you're delivering materials, changing the oil in a company truck, or making sure every trailer is fully stocked for the next morning. Responsibilities Keep the shop clean, organized, and professional. Organize tools, trailers, and equipment. Maintain inventory of materials, supplies, and consumables. Receive, organize, and stock deliveries. Pick up and deliver materials to job sites. Make runs to Lowe's, Home Depot, and local suppliers. Keep company vehicles and trailers stocked with commonly used materials. Help load and unload materials. Track missing tools and maintain inventory records. Perform basic shop maintenance and repairs. Assist with basic vehicle and trailer maintenance, including: Oil changes Tire rotations and pressure checks Fluid level checks Air filter replacement Wiper blade replacement Battery replacement Light bulb replacement Scheduling larger repairs and maintenance when needed Keep maintenance records for company vehicles and equipment. Support technicians by ensuring they have the tools and materials needed to stay productive. Qualifications Strong organizational skills. Reliable attendance. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift 50+ pounds. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed. Bonus Qualifications You own a reliable pickup truck and are willing to occasionally use it for material runs (daily use and fuel reimbursement provided). Experience pulling A trailer Experience with inventory management. Experience performing basic vehicle maintenance. Experience in construction, home repair, warehouse operations, or fleet maintenance. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who notices what needs to be done without being asked.
