Duties include unloading, picking and loading product at the Chick-fil-A Supply Charlotte Distribution Center in Kannapolis, NC . Schedule :

Split Shift:

Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday. from 7 AM to 5:30PM until the work is done: 4 Day Workweek (4 10-hour days) The schedule will be assigned according to business needs, and flexibility is needed during weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.

Responsibilities:

As a Warehouse Associate, you are a key driver in the efficiency, organization, and cleanliness of the warehouse.

Efficiency and Organization :

You'll be on your feet, actively engaging with unloading, staging, picking and loading products

Safety First :

Safely operating machinery like forklifts and pallet jacks and keeping our warehouse clean and safe

Extreme Temperature :

Working in rotation through extreme temperatures (-10F to 100F) is required to keep our food safe!

Heavy Weights :

Reach, bend, and stoop while lifting up to 65 pounds per case during most of your shift. Occasionally you will use mechanical assistance to move up to 2,000 pounds .

Education :

High School Diploma or GED Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking): to safely follow verbal instructions, complete documentation and paperwork, and accurately interpret labels, pick lists, scanner prompts, signage, and company communications.
