Martin Crawlspace & Attic Solutions is a family-owned, locally operated company based in Kenly, NC. We specialize in crawlspace encapsulation, vapor barriers, moisture control, drainage systems, dehumidifier installation, attic insulation, crawlspace insulation, and mold prevention. As our company continues to grow, we're looking for dependable individuals who want to grow with us. This is an as-needed, part-time position with flexible scheduling. It's an excellent opportunity for someone looking to earn extra income, college or trade school students, firefighters with rotating schedules, or individuals with experience in construction, HVAC, insulation, plumbing, electrical, roofing, waterproofing, foundation repair, pest control, landscaping, restoration, home improvement, maintenance, or general labor. What You'll Do Install crawlspace encapsulation systems and vapor barriers Install attic and crawlspace insulation Assist with drainage systems and dehumidifier installations Perform moisture control and crawlspace repairs Load, unload, and transport materials Operate hand and power tools safely Maintain clean and organized job sites Work indoors, outdoors, in crawlspaces, attics, and other confined spaces Follow all company safety procedures using provided PPE Requirements Valid driver's license (required) Reliable transportation (required) Dependable with excellent attendance Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly Comfortable performing physical labor in hot, cold, dirty, or confined environments Ability to work as part of a team while maintaining quality workmanship Previous experience in construction or the skilled trades is a plus but not required . We welcome applicants with backgrounds in HVAC, insulation, plumbing, roofing, electrical, carpentry, landscaping, restoration, maintenance, foundation repair, waterproofing, pest control, warehouse work, or other hands-on trades.
