Medical & Surgical Division Reports To:
Warehouse Manager Pay Rate:
$12-$15 per hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Job Overview We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to join our Medical & Surgical Division team. This position is responsible for receiving, organizing, picking, packing, and shipping medical equipment and supplies while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in the warehouse. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing lists Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment Organize and store products in designated warehouse locations Load and unload trucks and delivery vehicles Maintain accurate inventory and assist with inventory counts Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts (certification preferred) Shrink wrap and label pallets for shipment Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe Report inventory or shipment discrepancies to management Assist with local deliveries as needed Perform other warehouse duties as assigned Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Basic computer skills (email, internet, and word processing) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Ability to work independently and as part of a team Forklift certification preferred or willingness to complete training Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and lift throughout the workday Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs. and occasionally lift heavier items Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with frequent movement and activity Additional Requirements Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen Join our team and play an important role in ensuring medical equipment and supplies are delivered accurately and efficiently to customers.
