Leland, NC Pay:

$17-$21/hour (based on experience) + Performance Bonus Leather Italia USA is looking for a dependable, hardworking Warehouse Team Member to join our team. Responsibilities Pull / prepare customer orders Load trucks safely Operate forklifts and RF scanners Receive, stage, and organize incoming inventory (Furniture) Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse Assist with inventory and general warehouse operations Work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor to keep operations running smoothly Process parts for shipment Qualifications Warehouse experience preferred Forklift experience required Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems is a plus Ability to lift heavy items and remain active throughout the day Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work well independently and with a team Must have your own reliable transportation (not dropped off / picked up) Schedule & Benefits Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM Rare weekend work when necessary Performance bonus program 401(k) with company participation Group health insurance with significant employer contribution If you're looking for a stable position with a growing company, we'd love to meet you.
