The Role:
Where Insight Meets Impact This role is designed for clinicians who want to make a meaningful difference through high-quality, individualized care. As a BCBA, you will oversee the clinical direction of your cases, ensuring that each client receives thoughtful, effective, and ethically sound treatment. You'll serve as a key partner to families and a clinical leader to your team, setting the tone for care, building trust, and driving meaningful progress. Responsibilities Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide clinical supervision and support to RBTs/BTs, including required in-person supervision. Monitor data and adjust treatment plans as needed. Provide caregiver training and ongoing family collaboration. Collaborate with parents, behavioral therapists, and the clinical care team to support positive client outcomes. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance. Requirements Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Active North Carolina Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills Bilingual in Spanish a plus Benefits Health insurance, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) Reimbursement for client materials and supplies Training, mentorship, and professional development Clinical and operational support
Compensation Rate:
$95-$110/hr
