Job Summary We're hiring a Machine Operator / Material Handler to join our manufacturing team. You'll run production equipment, move materials with a forklift, and check your work against spec. Prior experience is preferred, but we'll train motivated people who are reliable and safety-minded. Responsibilities Set up and operate production machinery safely Handle glass and mirror products with care during production and staging Move, store, and stage materials using forklifts and warehouse equipment Measure parts with calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools Maintain tooling setups and perform routine machine maintenance Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE Record production data and report machine or quality issues right away Requirements Mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand tools Ability to read a tape measure and work to tolerances Ability to lift 50 lbs or more and stand for a full shift, with or without reasonable accommodation Reliable attendance and a commitment to safe work practices Preferred Manufacturing, fabrication, glass, or warehouse experience Forklift experience (we'll certify you if needed) Assembly line or packaging experience Familiarity with quality control checks Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off Employee ownership Lenoir Mirror is an equal opportunity employer.
