The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and materials handling. This position requires a strong understanding of warehouse processes and the ability to operate various equipment safely and effectively. Responsibilities Manage inventory control processes to maintain accurate stock levels. Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, and order picker. Perform shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring all items are properly documented. Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for tracking inventory. Execute picking and packing duties to fulfill customer orders accurately. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standards. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and efficiency. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and report any mechanical issues. Assist in stocking shelves and organizing products within the warehouse. Participate in training sessions for new equipment or processes as required. Qualifications Previous warehouse experience is preferred, with a solid understanding of warehouse distribution practices. Familiarity with inventory management systems such as
