Warehouse Loader (Nights) Behind every order is a team making sure products are built, loaded, and ready to hit the road. At Ferraro Foods, our loaders play a key role in getting orders out accurately and on time so our customers across the food industry get what they need, when they need it. We re looking for a Warehouse Loader who s hardworking, dependable, and takes pride in doing the job right. What You ll Be Working On Build and load outgoing orders onto delivery trucks using load sheets Move product throughout the warehouse using electric and manual pallet jacks Load dry, refrigerated, and frozen products accurately and safely Ensure pallets are properly stacked and shrink-wrapped to maintain load integrity Assist with staging, unloading, and organizing incoming and returned products Restock and repack damaged or mis-loaded items Work closely with the team to keep operations running safely and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout your shift The Ingredients for Success Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment Ability to lift, push, and pull product (up to 80 lbs repeatedly throughout the entire shift) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Dependability and strong work ethic Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Ability to operate or learn pallet jacks and warehouse equipment Why You ll Love Working Here Work with a team that supports customers across the food industry Hands-on work with clear expectations Opportunities to grow within warehouse and operations teams Team environment that values effort and reliability
