Job Description
Job Summary Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Worker, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our distribution center. This energetic position involves handling inventory, preparing shipments, and supporting daily warehouse activities with precision and enthusiasm. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to deliver quality products to customers promptly and reliably. Responsibilities Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to move, load, unload, and organize inventory efficiently. Manage warehouse distribution processes by picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment using warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms. Conduct shipping and receiving activities with attention to detail to ensure accuracy and proper documentation. Stock shelves, organize storage areas, and perform inventory counts using RF scanners and basic math skills to maintain stock accuracy. Support order fulfillment by accurately picking items for customer orders in e-commerce environments through order picker equipment and order picking procedures. Assist in packaging products securely for shipment while adhering to quality standards. Collaborate with team members to load and unload trucks safely while following all safety protocols. Experience Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and AS400 is advantageous. Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment is a plus; certification is preferred but not mandatory. Basic math skills are necessary for inventory counts and order accuracy. Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, order picking & packing processes, and warehouse distribution practices will support success in this role. Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are essential qualities.
