Catawba Valley Staffing Inc. is seeking to hire Warehouse Associate's. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced setting, and committed to accuracy and efficiency.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday (overtime as needed on weekends)

Shift:

1st, 2nd or 3rd Shift 12hr

Day/Nights Rate of Pay:

$14-22 an hour Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience preferred but not required. Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic math and communication skills. Forklift certification is a plus. Physical Requirements Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift. Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and conditions.
