This position requires individuals to perform various warehouse duties, such as but not limited to operating Sit- Down & Stand-Up Forklift equipment, use of manual & electric pallet jacks, loading & unloading trucks, systematical (ERP system) receipt of goods and products, proper handling & storage of inventory, perform inventory cycle counts, clean & sweep department areas, and remove trash.General Duties/Responsibilities:
Operate Sit-Down and Stand-Up Forklifts, as well as manual and electric pallet jacks, to transport goods safely. Perform system transactions for the receipt, storage, and movement of inventory using ERP systems, RF scan guns, and desktop computers. Supply inserting machines with the appropriate materials (OEs, BREs, inserts, pallets, trays, sleeves) and remove completed jobs to designated warehouse locations. Wrap mail pallets for shipping and ensure all materials are properly prepared for mailing. Perform daily or monthly inventory cycle counts and accurately locate all returned inventory items. Load and unload trucks and ensure safe handling of all goods. Maintain clean, organized, and inspection-ready areas across the warehouse, including floors, aisles, staging areas, and shredder zones. Remove and replace full hampers of trash and shredded paper from production and inserting areas. Communicate any missing or low materials to warehouse personnel and supervisors to avoid production delays. Assist with shredding or secure disposal of paper waste as required. Support other departments as needed to maintain operational efficiency. Comply with all current and future safety, security, and compliance policies and procedures. Complete basic employee functions in ADP such as clocking in/out, requesting PTO, and responding to emails.Required Skills/Abilities:
Must meet all state/federal employment eligibility requirements. Ability to read, write in English. Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and stand/move for extended periods. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is a plus. Experience with or willingness to learn ERP systems and RF scanning tools. Must be able to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely. Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentPhysical Requirements:
