Overview Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Associate with Strong Computer Skills! In this role you will be a key member of the warehouse team. Must have strong computer skills, forklift experience, and warehouse management experience. Responsibilities Maintain a safe work environment by following all company safety policies and procedures, using personal protective equipment (PPE), and promoting safe work practices to help ensure the safety of yourself and others. Ensure the timely and accurate processing and assembly of fabric samples, adhering to quality standards and company policies, Oversee receipt, storage, and organization of incoming fabric rolls and sample materials, maintaining accuracy, labeling and documentation. Verify and record punch weight specifications, material information, and technical sample data. Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience Required:
Computer operation: 5 years (Required) Data entry: 5 years (Required) CRM software: 3 years (Required)
SAP ERP:
3 years (Required)
Microsoft Excel:
5 years (Required)
SAP Warehouse Management:
5 years (Required)
Forklift:
3 years (Required). Basic math skills. Possess good verbal and written communication skills. Be a self-motivator who can work efficiently with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
Ability to lift and move fabric samples and operate a forklift. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems for data entry purposes. Ability to work collaboratively across departments in a fast-paced environment through effective cross-functional collaboration. Previous textile experience is helpful but not required. Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
