is seeking a dependable, hardworking General Laborer to assist with the day-to-day upkeep and operation of our farm and property. This is a hands-on position with a variety of responsibilities, including cleaning, landscaping, basic animal care, property maintenance, and other general farm tasks as needed . The ideal candidate is reliable, able to work independently, comfortable working outdoors and around animals, and willing to take on different tasks as priorities change throughout the day. No specialized farm experience is required—we are looking for someone with a good work ethic, common sense, and willingness to learn . Duties & Responsibilities Perform general cleaning of barns, work areas, equipment areas, and other farm facilities Assist with landscaping and grounds maintenance , including mowing, trimming, weed control, cleanup, and related tasks Provide basic animal care as directed, including feeding, watering, cleaning animal areas, and observing animals for obvious concerns Clean stalls, pens, barns, and other livestock areas Move feed, supplies, equipment, materials, and products around the farm Assist with basic property and facility maintenance Operate basic hand tools, lawn equipment, and farm equipment when properly trained Load, unload, organize, and store supplies and materials Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas Follow established safety procedures and instructions Assist other team members when additional help is needed Perform other general labor and farm-related duties as assigned Qualifications Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic Able to follow instructions and complete assigned work without constant supervision Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Comfortable working around goats and other farm animals Able to safely perform physical work, including lifting, carrying, bending, walking, and standing for extended periods Willing and able to perform cleaning and other tasks that are naturally part of working on a farm Basic experience with lawn equipment, hand tools, maintenance, farming, landscaping, or animal care is helpful but not required Willing to learn new tasks and adjust as the needs of the farm change Must work safely and responsibly around animals, equipment, coworkers, and customers What We're Looking For This position is best suited for someone who likes staying busy and working with their hands . The work varies from day to day. One day may involve landscaping and property cleanup, while another may involve cleaning barns, helping with animals, moving supplies, or assisting with another farm project. We value reliability, initiative, attention to detail, and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed . Pay:

$8.00 - $12.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 55.0 per week
