Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and highly skilled Warehouse Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment within our facility. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, clean, and efficient environment by performing expert-level preventative maintenance and responding quickly to equipment malfunctions.
Key Responsibilities Specialized Repair:
Diagnose and repair Motors, Conveyors, Hydraulics, and Pneumatics .
Preventative Maintenance:
Perform required PM programs and mechanical repairs to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
Safety & Compliance:
Ensure all work meets OSHA standards, safety policies, and regulatory requirements.
Documentation:
Keep accurate maintenance logs and records of repairs using our current maintenance system.
Facility Support:
Respond to general facility issues and perform other duties as assigned by the Plant Manager.
Qualifications Experience:
10+ years of industrial/warehouse maintenance experience preferred (Minimum of 5 years required) .
Technical Skills:
Expert knowledge of machine repair and the use of power tools.
Physical Ability:
Able to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly.
Core Skills:
Strong troubleshooting skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to interpret safety rules and technical manuals.
Education:
High school diploma or GED. Ability to perform basic calculations (all units of measure). Bilingual (Spanish-English) it's a plus.
What We Offer Competitive Pay:
Starting at $25.00/hour.
Schedule:
1st shift (7am-4pm) / M-F •
NEEDS TO HAVE FLEXIBILITY TO WORK SOME DAYS ON
3rd shift (8pm - 6am)•
