In this role you will manage inventory, prepare shipments, and keep warehouse operations running smoothly. Paid training is provided, and your contributions will directly impact our success every day. Requirements Must be able to safely operate a forklift. Certification is preferred; training can be provided for the right candidate Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs or more on a regular basis Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout a full shift in a warehouse environment Responsibilities Safely operate equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to load, unload, and move products throughout the warehouse Use warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms to track inventory levels, process orders, and update stock records accurately Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using order picker tools and RF scanners to ensure precise order fulfillment Stock shelves efficiently by organizing products according to warehouse distribution standards and maintaining a clean workspace Assist with shipping and receiving activities by verifying shipments against purchase orders and packing lists Contribute to inventory management through regular stock counts, cycle counts, and updating MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems Support e-commerce order processing by accurately packaging products for delivery while adhering to safety and quality standards Experience Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we value motivated individuals eager to learn new skills Familiarity with warehouse distribution processes, shipping & receiving procedures, and order fulfillment is advantageous Experience with fasteners or industrial distribution is a plus Basic math skills are essential for counting inventory, measuring packages, and processing transactions accurately Comfort working with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, AS400 or similar platforms is beneficial Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and safety standards
