Responsibilities Operate various warehouse equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, cranes, and order pickers to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently. Utilize inventory management software and warehouse management systems (WMS) such as AS400 to track stock levels, update records, and ensure accurate inventory control. Perform manual handling tasks such as stocking shelves, packing orders, and preparing shipments with attention to safety regulations and OSHA standards. Conduct order picking and packing using RF scanners and other material handling equipment to fulfill customer orders accurately and promptly. Assist in shipping & receiving processes by verifying inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring proper documentation, and maintaining safety protocol adherence. Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment by following safety procedures including PPE use and heavy lifting techniques. Support warehouse supervision by participating in inventory audits, stock replenishment, and implementing logistics strategies for optimal warehouse distribution. Requirements operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, cranes, and order pickers; certification preferred. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while adhering to OSHA safety regulations; manual handling experience required. Excellent communication skills in both English and spanish, enabling effective teamwork and customer service. Prior experience in warehouse supervision or managing warehouse distribution processes is highly desirable. We need reliable workers, very committed and responsible, there is growth opportunities !!!
