In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth inventory flow, accurate order fulfillment, and efficient shipping and receiving processes. Duties Perform order picking and packing using RF scanners and warehouse management software to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. Load and unload shipments efficiently using pallet jacks, forklifts (certification preferred), and other material handling equipment. Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock counts, data entry, and updates in inventory management systems like ERP or AS400. Prepare shipments for dispatch by packaging products according to shipping logistics standards, ensuring compliance with trade regulations. Manage shipping & receiving tasks, verifying inbound and outbound shipments against purchase orders and delivery documentation. Support warehouse distribution activities by stocking shelves, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels, update records, and generate reports for management review. Assist with international trade regulations compliance when handling cross-border shipments or customs documentation. Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve order discrepancies or delivery issues promptly. Experience Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or logistics setting is highly preferred. Familiarity with warehouse operations including order picking & packing, shipping logistics, and inventory management software such as ERP systems or AS400. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting and data entry tasks. Ability to operate forklift (certification preferred), pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately. Experience with e-commerce fulfillment processes is a plus. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in stock levels and order processing.
