The Warehouse Associate is responsible for picking orders, receiving shipments, packaging product to meet supply and demand, as well as managing accurate inventory counts through our database.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Package products and assemble kits with required container elements Receive and verify invoices Contact vendors as needed Verify quantity discrepancies Record and monitor all items with shelf life and notify appropriate personnel when material has expired Pull product from inventory to fill orders Prepare and participate in yearly physical inventory Adheres to company safety policies Ability to use a forklift to unload and load shipments when needed Performs general housekeeping, maintenance, and organization of the assigned warehouse areas as well as help others as needed
Preferred Skills:
Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities Strong attention to detail Analytical and problem-solving skills Attentiveness and patience Basic mathematical skills. Ability to meet deadlines.
Requirements:
High School Diploma Minimum of 1-year related experience Excellent Data Entry Skills Microsoft Office Knowledge & Google Docs Excellent organizational and time management skills
