We are looking for a versatile and detail-oriented associate to join our warehouse team to help keep our operations running smoothly across all our store locations.

Job Summary:

As a Warehouse Associate, you will be a vital part of our daily operations. Your primary focus will be managing interstore transfers by receiving and sending out inventory across our locations. You will also assist with a variety of hands-on warehouse tasks, including testing and cleaning gaming hardware, processing new inventory, and maintaining a clean facility.

Key Responsibilities:

Interstore Transfers:

Accurately pick, pack, receive, and send out inventory transfers between Rock 30 Games locations.

Inventory Processing:

Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and properly sticker and organize merchandise.

Quality Control:

Test, clean, and process video game consoles, accessories, and media to ensure they meet our high standards for retail sale.

Facility Upkeep:

Perform routine janitorial duties—including cleaning bathrooms, the breakroom, and taking out garbage—to maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse workspace.

General Support:

Assist with other operational, handling, and physical tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet daily goals. Physical ability to safely lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic. A passion for or familiarity with video games and consoles is a plus.
