Spherion Fargo is looking for hardworking, reliable Warehouse Associates to join a growing agricultural processing facility in Hillsboro, ND. In this role, you'll play a critical part in packaging products, keeping operations running smoothly, and maintaining high quality and safety standards.

If you thrive in an active, hands-on environment and love having 3 days off every single week, this is the job for you!

Pay:

$20-24/hour (Includes shift differential!)

Schedules:

Mon-Friday 7am-4pm and

Monday - Thursday, 4pm - 4am (Enjoy 3-day weekends every week!)

Responsibilities:

Packaging & Labeling:

Bag, tote, label, and shrink-wrap finished products according to specification.

Plant Support:

Assist with daily processing, monitor equipment performance, and report any operational issues.

Sanitation & Upkeep:

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe facility through regular sweeping, vacuuming, and general cleaning (inside and outside).

Shipping & Receiving Support:

Help open truck/trailer traps and prepare product lots for transport.

Safety & Quality First:

Follow all safety guidelines, wear required gear, and report any potential hazards or quality deviations to your lead. ...

Education:

High School Experience:

1-4 years

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong team player with a solid work ethic and the ability to follow written and spoken instructions.

Ability to meet physical demands:

-Lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for long periods.
