General Implement Setup & Warehouse Associate $2000 signing bonus Position Overview Arnold Machinery's "Silver Service Policy" is a promise to provide uncompromised customer satisfaction. There is nothing in our inventory as valuable as the Associates who take our reputation to the marketplace. Essential Job Functions The Setup/Warehouse Person is responsible for performing tasks involved in the setup of new farm equipment and parts displays. Assist as needed in processing and shipping orders to the customer. Job Responsibilities Setup of various farm equipment that is new and unused Responsibilities may include receiving, picking, packing, auditing, and shipping merchandise to the customer Load and unload truckloads of merchandise Verifies orders to ensure accuracy Operates a clean and safe work environment, ensuring that all areas of the warehouse and yard are well-maintained, kept orderly, and free of debris Maintains quality standards set forth by warehouse management Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders, printing requests, recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed through a computer Assist in counting physical inventory Prepare parcels for mailing Basic Qualifications & Interests Ability to use and operate hand, air, & power tools necessary for the setup of farm equipment. Attention to detail and quality when performing setup responsibilities Willing and able to stand at least 8 hours with or without reasonable accommodation Willing and able to perform tasks which include pushing, pulling, grasping, and lifting with or without reasonable accommodation Willing and able to carry 50+ pounds with or without reasonable accommodation Must be able to operate a forklift Preferred Qualifications & Interests High School Diploma/GED Other Duties Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the associate for this job.
