Job Description

Overview:
Landmark Snacks is looking for a Warehouse Team Member to participate in our warehouse operations and activities. The goal of the warehouse team member is to increase efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, wrap, label, ship). Receive and process warehouse stock products. Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits. Keep clean and safe working environment and optimize space. Operate a pallet jack and forklift safely and efficiently.
Skills and Qualifications:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to maintain a high level of physicality for prolonged periods and working primarily standing. Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience using a forklift and professional forklift certification is strongly preferred. Ability to problem solve quickly and prioritize daily tasks according to their importance. Sufficient written communication and reading skills Ability to operate or to quickly learn equipment Good time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Ability to follow directions Ability to assess products for quality compliance Work Environment & Physical Demands The work environment characteristics & physical demands described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing essential functions of the job.
