• Temp-to-Hire About This Opportunity Hands-on restoration/general labor position assisting with cleanup and restoration projects. Candidates will load equipment and supplies, prepare jobsites, perform cleaning/restoration work, maintain equipment and vehicles, and assist with warehouse organization. Bonus Opportunity $350 Attendance Bonus for perfect attendance during the first 30 days

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00

Temp/ Temp-to-Hire Pre Employment Requirements Background Check Required Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) Required High School Diploma or Equivalent Required Valid Driver's License Required Responsibilities Load work vehicles with equipment, products, and supplies Prepare rooms and jobsites for restoration work Set up and break down equipment Perform cleanup and restoration work as directed Clean and maintain equipment and company vehicles Maintain an organized warehouse Follow all safety procedures Communicate with crew chiefs and other technicians Complete end-of-day and end-of-job cleanup Dress Code Shirt with closed-toe shoes or work boots. No facial tattoos, facial jewelry, or saggy pants. Requirements Lift up to 50 lbs independently Lift up to 100 lbs with assistance Stand and walk for extended periods Climb ladders and work at ceiling heights Work in crawl spaces, attics, and other tight spaces Perform repetitive lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling Work around chemicals, fumes, dust, odors, and varying temperatures Occasionally wear a respirator Restoration experience is preferred but not required. Client is willing to train candidates with basic general labor, construction, cleaning, or similar hands-on experience.
