Shift:

7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

• $19/hr + 2nd

Shift:

4:00 PM - 11:30 PM

• $21/hr What You'll Be Doing + Operate overhead cranes to move structural steel (training provided) + Load trucks using order sheets and staging plans + Track and manage inventory in your assigned bay + Perform basic crane checks and routine maintenance + Keep your area clean, organized, and safe + Follow PPE rules and safe lifting procedures What You Need + 6+ months warehouse or equipment operating experience + Forklift/pallet jack experience preferred + Overhead crane experience is a plus (not required) + Comfortable working in a semi‑outdoor steel warehouse + Able to handle heavy materials during the shift Why You'll Want This Job + •Paid overhead crane training•+ •70% of health insurance premiums covered•+ •401(k) with company match + 5% bonus added annually•+ •Additional benefits may include:•+ •Medical, dental, vision•+ Life & AD&D + Short/long‑term disability + HSA + transportation benefits + Employee Assistance Program + PTO, vacation, sick leave (eligibility varies) •Job Type & Location•This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha, NE.
