Job Description

About the Role As a Delivery and Warehouse Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring our products reach customers efficiently and safely. You will manage daily delivery routes, handle product loading, and maintain inventory accuracy, serving as the face of our logistics operations. Responsibilities Execute daily delivery routes, ensuring timely and professional service to all customer locations. Perform comprehensive pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to guarantee operational safety and compliance. Manage the loading and unloading of freight, utilizing material handling equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts when necessary. Maintain precise digital logs and delivery records using company-provided handheld technology. Process customer payments and ensure all delivery documentation is completed accurately. Consistently lift and maneuver heavy products, including barrels and tires, to meet fulfillment demands. Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to resolve delivery challenges in real-time. Qualifications Required Skills Minimum age of 21 years old. At least 1 year of professional driving experience with box trucks or similar commercial vehicles. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and a current DOT Medical Card. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 80 lbs and pushing heavy loads. Proven track record of reliability, punctuality, and commitment to safety protocols. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening. Preferred Skills Prior experience operating powered industrial trucks, such as forklifts or order pickers. Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with electronic logging devices and inventory management systems.
