Many of our team members have advanced into skilled production, machine operation, leadership, and other specialized roles throughout the company. What You'll Do Prepare, assemble, and package materials for customer shipment Count, organize, and verify parts for accuracy Operate a forklift to move materials throughout the facility Touch up and rework materials as needed to meet quality standards Follow customer specifications and shipping requirements Support the team in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED preferred Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities Why Klute?
