Occupational Therapist - Regular Part Time (RPT)

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our Rehabilitation Services team in a regular part-time role working 24 hours per week . Bonus points if you are experienced in lymphedema training! In this position, you will evaluate and treat patients across a variety of ages and diagnoses, while collaborating with physicians, therapists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient-centered care. What You'll Do:

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide occupational therapy treatments and interventions as prescribed by physicians. Help patients improve functional abilities, independence, and participation in daily activities. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment goals and home programs. Document patient evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient outcomes. Assist with activity programming and services for patients as appropriate. Maintain safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance standards. Participate in program development and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

What You'll Bring:
