Monday-Friday, 6:30am-3:00pm OR 8:30am-5:00pm About the Role Northeast Distribution Ltd (NDL) is a specialty hearth, outdoor living, and grill products distributor supplying independent retailers across the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. We're hiring an Order Filler / Shipping & Receiving associate to join our warehouse team in Exeter, NH. This is a team-oriented, fast-paced, physical role. What You'll Do Pick and pack customer orders accurately Set up loads for outbound shipments Ship and receive freight through various carriers with precision Operate a fork truck and pallet jack (experience ideal, not required — we'll train the right person) Keep pace in a fast-moving warehouse without cutting corners Requirements Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and push or pull up to 300 lbs Prompt, reliable, and a team player with a can-do attitude Comfortable in a physical, fast-paced environment Self-motivated, friendly, and flexible Preferred (Not Required) Warehouse experience Forklift operation (1 year preferred) Familiarity with warehouse management systems and order-picking procedures Prior shipping & receiving experience Why NDL Established distributor — 25 years in business, with strong brand partnerships Full training provided for the right attitude, even without forklift experience Supportive, team-first warehouse culture
