Scope of Position This energetic and detail-oriented Material Handler II play a critical role in supporting Our Distribution Center's operations by receiving, managing the receipt, storage, and inventory control. The MH II will operate DC equipment, materials, tools, and supplies to support plant operations. Reporting to the DC Supervisor, you will ensure a continuous flow of materials throughout the supply chain, performing various tasks to maintain efficient and accurate operations. Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities Receiving Picking per procedures Packaging and shipping Scanner Operation Provide a continuous flow of materials throughout the supply chain Perform physical inventories when required Fork and/or Reach truck operations Machine, Assembly and other duties as assigned by Supervisor Required Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of related experience in materials handling or warehouse operations. Proficient math skills and basic computer skills for performing inventory transactions. Ability to read, write, and understand English. Physical capability to occasionally stand, sit, use hands to handle, feel, and lift/move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Ability to pass a pre-hire drug test, including for marijuana. Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Working Conditions While performing the job duties, you will be working on-site at a distribution facility and will perform the majority of your duties in an office environment. You may, at times, be required to be present on the distribution floor and will be required to wear the appropriate personal protective equipment. You will be required to work in the office at the Franklin location (Monday - Friday). Your scheduled work hours will be communicated to you by your manager.
