has been providing the Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont areas with outstanding LTL transportation services since 1970. At BSP, our team consists of a six-terminal network across our coverage area to ensure swift deliveries for customers. We're currently hiring a Full-Time Dockworker and Forklift Operator to join our growing warehouse team. What you will do on a typical shift: Load and unload freight trailers safely and efficiently Sort, stage, move, and organize palletized and non-palletized freight Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment Secure freight inside trailers using load bars, straps, and other freight-securing equipment Assist with shipping, receiving, freight handling, and dock operations Work safely while following OSHA and company safety procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and productive warehouse environment Work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse and loading dock Lift, carry, push, and pull freight weighing up to 50 pounds frequently and over 70 pounds occasionally Perform basic math calculations with and without a calculator What you need at a minimum to succeed at

BSP:

Must be at least 18 years old Ability to successfully complete a county-level background check during onboarding Ability to pass drug test Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment Excellent communication and teamwork skills Commitment to workplace safety and quality work It would be great if you also have: Warehouse or dock worker experience Forklift operator experience Shipping and receiving experience Experience loading and unloading freight trailers LTL freight or transportation industry experience Material handling experience Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Benefits for
