Role:
The Warehouse position is critical to ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of goods within our supply chain operations. This role involves managing inventory accuracy, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment, and supporting timely order fulfillment to meet customer demands. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with logistics, procurement, and shipping teams to optimize warehouse workflows and contribute to overall operational excellence. Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols are paramount to prevent errors and maintain a safe working environment. Ultimately, this role supports the seamless movement of products from suppliers to customers, directly impacting the company's service quality and customer satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds regularly. Basic math and reading skills to accurately process orders and inventory data. Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Forklift operator certification. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Previous experience in a fast-paced distribution center.
Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming shipments to ensure inventory integrity. Organize and store products in designated locations to maximize space utilization and accessibility. Pick, pack, and prepare material for printing presses according to company standards. Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate stock levels. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the warehouse to comply with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve warehouse processes and resolve operational issues.

The required skills such as basic math, reading, and physical stamina are essential for accurately processing orders, managing inventory, and performing manual tasks safely. Preferred skills like forklift operation and familiarity with warehouse management systems enhance daily efficiency by enabling the candidate to handle equipment and technology effectively.
