Job Description

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with inventory and materials in a manufacturing environment? We're looking for a Materials Kitting & Inventory Specialist to help ensure production teams have the parts and supplies they need to keep operations running smoothly. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, inventory management, and being part of a collaborative team. What You'll Do Prepare and kit customer orders using provided kit lists and work instructions. Verify material quantities, manufacturer part numbers, and component values for accuracy. Process kits within the MRP system and distribute materials to production areas. Update daily production schedules and communicate kit status and component shortages. Issue materials, kits, and supplies to production teams as needed. Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate inventory records. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, escalating issues when necessary. Assist with receiving activities and provide backup coverage for stockroom operations. Support continuous improvement initiatives and other operational needs as assigned. What We're Looking For Experience working with an MRP/ERP system is preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to perform basic math calculations. Ability to lift and move materials weighing 15-25 pounds . Positive attitude and strong communication skills. Experience in an electronics manufacturing environment is preferred.
IPC-A-610

From $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
