General Laborer / Carpentry Assistant - Full-Time Position We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer / Carpentry Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time position offering steady work, overtime opportunities, and potential for growth within the company. Schedule Monday through Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Overtime opportunities available Job Responsibilities Assist carpenters with a variety of construction and finish work Manufactured home setup and installation assistance Assist with siding, trim, decks, steps, porches, and other carpentry-related projects Cleaning and trash removal Loading, unloading, and organizing tools and materials Performing general labor and construction duties as assigned Requirements (Non-Negotiable) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record No criminal record Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test Reliable transportation and strong work ethic Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors when required Carpentry or construction experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate Compensation & Benefits $20.00-$24.00 per hour , based on experience Holiday pay eligibility after successful completion of a 90-day probationary period Vacation pay eligibility after successful completion of a 90-day probationary period Opportunities for advancement and increased carpentry responsibilities If you meet these qualifications, are dependable, and are ready to learn and work as part of a hardworking team, we encourage you to apply today.
