We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to help maintain an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse operation. Position Summary The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, organizing, picking, assembling, and preparing cabinetry products for customer pick-up and delivery. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, comfortable performing physical work, and able to work effectively as part of a team. Responsibilities Receive and inspect incoming cabinets, parts, and other products. Compare received products against packing lists and purchase documents. Pick and gather products according to order and assembly lists. Assemble cabinets accurately according to company standards. Prepare and stage completed orders for customer pick-up or delivery. Load and unload products using a forklift, pallet jack, or other warehouse equipment. Verify product numbers, quantities, colors, and order details. Report missing, damaged, or incorrect products to warehouse management. Keep products, carts, pallets, tools, and work areas organized. Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment. Assist customers and delivery personnel with loading orders when required. Follow company safety procedures and warehouse policies. Complete other warehouse duties assigned by management. Qualifications Previous warehouse, cabinetry, construction-material, or related experience is preferred. Cabinet assembly experience is a plus. Forklift and pallet jack experience is preferred. Ability to read packing lists, product labels, and basic order documents. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Willingness to learn cabinetry products and warehouse procedures. Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and management. Physical Requirements Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and move heavy cabinetry products. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical work throughout the shift. Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment after receiving appropriate training. Compensation The annual salary for this full-time position is $46,000-$50,000 , depending on experience and qualifications.
