7 a.m. - 3 p.m. Must be able to work overtime and Saturdays when needed Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Operator to join a fast-paced FDA/cGMP manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for shipping, receiving, material handling, inventory movement, and supporting production operations while maintaining compliance with FDA, cGMP, and food safety standards. Responsibilities Operate stand up forklifts safely to move materials throughout the warehouse and production areas. Perform shipping and receiving activities, including UPS and FedEx shipments. Pull, load, transport, and stage materials according to production schedules. Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage. Maintain accurate inventory and material movement records. Repack materials (1 kilogram or more) as required. Prepare Bills of Lading for inter-warehouse transfers. Coordinate outbound shipments and customer deliveries. Support manufacturing by ensuring timely material availability. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Follow all FDA, cGMP, and
FSSC 22000
standards and company safety procedures. Qualifications High School Diploma or Trade School Diploma required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. 3-5 years of warehouse experience in an FDA/cGMP manufacturing environment. Stand Up Forklift operating experience required (Toyota model). Working knowledge of FDA regulations, cGMP, and warehouse best practices. Basic computer proficiency. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
