Job Description
WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE FUNCTIONS
- Assist in shipping, receiving and unloading goods and supplies while ensuring proper handling of the same.
- Checking in merchandise, matching purchase orders to sales order and distributing products and orders with high level of accuracy.
- Train on company's system to process returns, perform transfers and releasing and closing orders.
- Receiving in returns with an accurate count of product.
- Record and manage all impaired or damaged merchandise items
- Processing returns from Web daily and other returns as soon as possible.
- Ensure quality among warehouse products. Keep track of damaged inventory and report the same to your supervisor.
- Appropriate packing and labeling of the inventory in accordance with relevant procedures and standards of the warehouse.
- Efficiently carrying out all orders of the supervisors/manager.
- Working in accord with all safety regulations of the warehouse.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper stocking of inventory in the work area.
- Cross train among different departments within the warehouse and work at different stations as assigned.
- Other duties and responsibilities as requested by management.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience- Must be at least18 years old.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs with or without reasonable accommodation to frequently push, pull, squat, bend and reach inventory; climb ladders and step stools may be required.
- Must be able to stand/walk for up to 8-12 hours.
- Should have the ability to work in a team.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet timelines.

- Days are typically Monday through Friday; however, some weekends will be required as business needs demand additional hours.
- Hours are 7:00am -3:30pm, however, this may vary as business demands fluctuate.
- Overtime may be required.
