IMMEDIATE HIRE & START-- 11

00 PM - 7:00 AM Set up, operate, and monitor packaging machines to meet production goals. Adjust machine settings such as temperature, speed, and pressure to maintain product quality. Inspect finished products for quality, including seal integrity, consistency, and overall appearance. Perform basic machine maintenance and report equipment issues when needed. Record production data, including output, material usage, downtime, and scrap. Load raw materials and ensure proper handling throughout the production process. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Communicate production updates, concerns, and equipment issues to supervisors.

Qualifications:

Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues. Comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting. Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions.

Pay:
