Pay:
$18.50/hour, paid weekly.Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM. Mandatory Saturdays may apply depending on your department assignment. We're starting with 10 associates for the Shipping department, with continuous rolling additions across the building. What you'll do —Picking:
- Start on the slapper line: label boxes, load the conveyor, and keep a fast pace.
- Progress to mods (3-4 story structures): scan with an RF gun, locate, label, and send boxes to the conveyor.
- Ground pick is another path and uses a walkie-rider forklift — willingness to learn required, no prior experience needed.
- Across picking tasks, the emphasis is on pace and cleaning up pallets and wrap as you go.
Shipping:
- Stand at the end of a divert: scan incoming boxes and build pallets. Once a pallet is full, wrap it, move it to the loading doors with an electric pallet jack, and start another.
- Keep boxes moving quickly enough to avoid a "blue light."
- Up to 4 diverts per worker, with box volume equivalent to 2-divert workers. What we're looking for:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Speed, a strong scan-and-build rhythm, and comfort in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort working at height for picking roles (mods have grated floors).
- Attitude and willingness to learn are the top priorities — this role suits self-starters who thrive with hands-on work.

- Drug test required.
- No pre-shift assessment required for GW1.
- Reliable transportation to Pedricktown, NJ.
