Warehouse Clerk The Shipping Warehouse Office Clerk handles shipping and receiving documents, processes orders, and keeps inventory records accurate. This role supports warehouse teams, drivers, carriers, and customers to ensure smooth and timely shipments.

Key Responsibilities Process Documents:

Prepare bills of lading, packing slips, invoices, and shipping labels.

Schedule Shipments:

Coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries with freight carriers.

Manage Data:

Enter shipping, receiving, and inventory data into systems like

WMS, MDLZ

Mysis, and

MDLZ SAP

backup.

Verify Accuracy:

Match orders with packing lists and inventory logs.

Communicate:

Answer calls, reply to emails, and update vendors or customers on shipment statuses.

Maintain Records:

Keep filing systems and inventory records clean and organized.

Reconcile Stock:

Assist with physical inventory counts and fix discrepancies.

Follow Safety:

Comply with all company rules and safety procedures.

Qualifications and Skills Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

Prior work in logistics, shipping, or office support.

Computer Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and warehouse management systems (WMS).

Communication:

Strong verbal and written skills for talking with carriers and customers.

Organization:

High attention to detail with solid basic math and data entry skills.

Physical Requirements Mobility:

Sit, stand, and walk for long periods.

Lifting:

Lift up to 25-30 pounds occasionally.

Environment:
