Job Description
The Warehouse Customer Service Representative acts as a primary link between customers, warehouse operations, and logistics teams. This role ensures accurate order processing, timely communication, and high levels of customer satisfaction while supporting day-to-day warehouse activities.
Communicate order status updates, delays, or issues to customers in a clear and professional manner.
Help resolve customer complaints by investigating discrepancies such as damaged, missing, or incorrect items.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inventory adjustments.
Help support inventory control by reporting shortages, overages, and product issues.
Assist with scheduling deliveries and coordinating with carriers or driversFollow company policies, safety guidelines, and quality standards at all times
Previous customer service experience, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment very helpful.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer skills and experience with order entry systems.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications; 2-3 yrs Whse / CS role.
Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP softwareKnowledge of shipping procedures and logistics terminology.
Bilingual skills (a plus)
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as point of contact for customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, inventory and returns, shipping requests, and returns accurately in the warehouse management system (WMS)Help coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped correctly and on time.Communicate order status updates, delays, or issues to customers in a clear and professional manner.
