Job Description

We're hiring a Warehouse Associate for our Russo Brothers East Hanover, NJ branch! If you have hands-on experience in operations within the specialized trades, construction, or home improvement industries, we want to talk with you ! About Russo Bros & Co. Russo Brothers has been providing trusted plumbing and HVAC services in New Jersey since 1954. What You'll Do:
Receive, stock, and organize plumbing, HVAC, and related materials in the warehouse Pick, stage, and prepare equipment and parts for field technicians Track inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies Assist with loading and unloading trucks, ensuring accurate deliveries and returns Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (training provided if needed) Perform routine inventory counts and help with cycle counts as required Support company procedures and safety protocols
What We Are Looking For:
Previous Plumbing or HVAC parts knowledge preferred Previous Inventory or Parts counter experience a plus Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely (forklift certification a plus) Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials and equipment Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude Basic computer skills to manage inventory systems and documentation Valid driver's license with a clean driving record High school diploma or equivalent
Compensation:
$ 20.00-$22.00/hr
DOE Schedule:
Monday- Friday 9:00 or 8:30 AM start to 5:30/5:00
