Full-Time | Long-Term Opportunity Spectra360 is seeking dependable Warehouse Material Handlers/Laborers for a busy tile distribution center in Elizabeth, NJ. This is a hands-on, physically demanding warehouse position working around pallets of tile, forklifts, electric pallet jacks, loading areas, and other warehouse equipment. Candidates should be comfortable working on their feet throughout the shift and regularly handling heavy tile and building materials weighing up to 60 lbs. Responsibilities & Requirements:

Pick, stage, and prepare tile orders for customers and shipments Regularly lift and move boxes of tile weighing up to 60 lbs. Move pallets and materials using an electric pallet jack Assist with loading, unloading, wrapping, and organizing palletized products Maintain aisles, work areas, and warehouse floors, including general cleanup Work safely around forklifts, pallet jacks, heavy materials, and active loading areas Must be comfortable with a fast-paced, industrial warehouse environment Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to perform physical labor throughout the day Warehouse, material handling, construction, or general labor experience is a plus Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus This position is best suited for someone who is not afraid of physical work and is looking for steady, long-term employment. #INDNJ Qualified applicants with criminal histories will be considered for employment.
