Duties Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments using RF scanners and pallet jacks to ensure accuracy and condition. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision, utilizing order picker equipment and inventory management software. Load outgoing shipments onto trucks safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment. Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry in warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems. Organize stock in designated areas, perform regular stock counts, and assist with cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy. Support shipping logistics by coordinating with carriers, preparing shipping documents, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations. Assist with warehouse safety protocols, including stocking supplies, packaging materials, and maintaining a clean work environment. Requirements Fluent in reading and writing English. Prior experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and order pickers safely; certification is a plus. Strong basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments accurately. Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, order fulfillment processes, and logistics principles. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and safety standards. Good communication skills for collaborating with team members and supporting customer service efforts related to order processing.
