Responsibilities Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to ensure timely processing. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision, utilizing order picker tools and inventory management software. Maintain accurate records through data entry and warehouse management systems to track stock levels and order statuses. Assist with inventory management tasks such as stocking shelves, conducting cycle counts, and reconciling discrepancies. Support shipping & receiving activities by coordinating with carriers and ensuring compliance with trade regulations and shipping logistics standards. Operate warehouse equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols and trade compliance guidelines. Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse distribution processes and improve overall efficiency. Requirements Prior experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is highly preferred. Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for order picking, packing, and inventory counts. Valid certification or experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment such as RF scanners. Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry skills to ensure accurate record keeping. Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, international trade regulations, and trade compliance standards is a plus. Effective communication skills combined with a customer service-oriented mindset to support internal teams and external partners.
