Contractor - Staff Augmentation Job Summary The General Warehouse Pick and Pack Worker is responsible for accurate and efficient processing and shipment of orders to customers. This role includes receiving, scanning, picking, packing, auditing, and shipping merchandise while maintaining inventory accuracy and a clean, safe work environment. Key Responsibilities Receive, scan, pick, pack, audit, and ship orders as assigned. Track all inbound and outbound items using radio frequency (RF) scanning. Verify orders and accurately input information into the inventory management system. Operate and maintain a tidy, safe warehouse environment free of debris. Uphold quality standards set by warehouse management. Basic Qualifications Willing and able to work a flexible shift, including standing for at least 8 hours with or without reasonable accommodation. Capable of pushing, pulling, grasping, and lifting up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation. Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. At least 2 years' experience in a warehouse or distribution center. At least 6 months' experience operating motorized material handling equipment. At least 6 months' experience with RF scanning technology. At least 6 months' experience entering and retrieving data in an inventory system.
