Your attention to detail will help keep our daily operations running smoothly. What we offer Full-time work with hourly pay of $22-$27. Health insurance, a 401(k), and paid time off. A hands-on role with a mix of receiving, order fulfillment, and inventory tasks. What you will do Pick, pack, and fulfill daily orders accurately; prepare packages and pallets for shipping. Load and unload trucks, and receive and process shipments from UPS, FedEx, DHL, and other carriers. Help maintain inventory and keep the warehouse clean, organized, and ready for the next shipment. Follow work instructions and safety standards, communicate with teammates, and maintain reliable attendance. What you will bring You are at least 18 years old. You can lift up to 40 lbs and reliably commute to Little Ferry, NJ 07643. You are dependable, attentive to detail, and comfortable balancing tasks in a busy warehouse. You communicate well, work effectively with others, and can stay on task independently. You can work overtime and weekends when needed. Helpful, but not required: Previous warehouse experience and bilingual English/Mandarin skills. You do not need to speak Mandarin to apply.
